- Batumi State Drama Theater - dates back to March 18, 1937 and has an interesting history of development. It is distinguished by interesting and distinctive effects. - Batumi Puppet and Youth State Theatre - dates back to the 1930s and is one of the most interesting and beautiful buildings in terms of architecture. This type of theater was first opened in Adjara in 1936 under the name of "Theater of dolls". Before that, there was a self-made puppet theater in Batumi, on the basis of which the Batumi Professional Puppet Theater was established.
